Complex systems and situations
command a more involved and thorough analysis phase
to ensure all integration issues are accounted for and documented in
a comprehensive specification. Our custom integration services were
designed with this in mind and to help streamline the analysis and design
process by leveraging best practices from hundreds
of complex projects. To ensure the outcome of a well-designed interface,
Integration Consultants follow a detailed process that has been developed
with defined deliverables
to effectively manage each step of the project.
Preliminary Analysis
An Integration Consultant will discuss your requirements with you and representatives from your connecting systems' companies to determine feasibility and estimate a cost for the project, including Time Bank software. We can generally gather the necessary information for an initial estimate in one or two phone conversations, but this is ultimately dependent upon project complexity and availability of technical information.
Once the initial analysis is complete, the consultant will provide a detailed proposal that outlines the Time Bank functionality, project costs based on known information, and next steps.
Detailed Design
After receipt of the authorization to proceed with the project, the Integration Consultant will work closely with you to gather information and identify the areas requiring further analysis.
The result of
this consultation is the Time Bank Statement of Work, which clearly
presents project requirements, technical specifications, assumptions,
timelines, and
costs. The Statement of Work minimizes late project changes that can
affect cost and
delay implementation. It also helps identify issues during the planning
phase rather than
during implementation.
Implementation
Once the Statement of Work is approved, the standard Time Bank implementation process is followed to configure, install, test and train you on your customized Time Bank.
