If you purchased Time Bank from one of our current partners, please contact them for any support issues related to their products and Time Bank. They will provide first level support and will escalate your cases to IDI only when they cannot resolve your issue or reconfigure the Time Bank to meet your service request.
If you purchased Time Bank from Kronos, Inc., your Kronos Dealer, or a former Simplex representative, they may have announced that they will no longer support your Time Bank. IDI now offers a support contract directly to you and will offer a 50% discount on the first year if you switch to us for direct support. We've kept an archive of your configuration and are current on each version of Kronos Timekeeper Central (through 4.x) and Workforce Central (including v5.0).
