Note: If you purchased Time Bank from one of our partners, please contact your representative to learn more about their technical support model for Time Bank.

Premier customer service is provided throughout the life of the interface and can be acquired
in several ways. With the purchase of an annual Time Bank support contract you receive expedited response and have the convenience of multiple support options as well as many
free upgrades to ensure uninterrupted Time Bank operation. Without a support contract
your support options are limited, with the option to purchase upgrades as necessary.

Clients WITH a Time Bank support contract receive:

  • Email Support: Standard response time is 4 hours on normal business days.
  • Phone Support: A toll-free support line is available for urgent issues. Standard hours are Monday - Friday, 8-5:30 Eastern Time.
  • Dial-in Support: When required, we can connect remotely to troubleshoot an issue until completion.
  • Trouble-Shooting Documentation: Your software will arrive with thorough online documentation that includes detailed troubleshooting tips.

FREE interface upgrades when you upgrade your time system and/or
payroll application.

You are ensured uninterrupted operation over time. You will receive free Time Bank upgrades whenever your connecting systems manufacturer upgrades to versions that affect the operation of your Time Bank. Since most systems are upgraded every 1-2 years, this guaranteed long-term reliability often pays for the support contract!

Discounts on system changes.

We support hundreds of different systems. With a Time Bank support contract, when you switch to a different vendor, or purchase a new application you would like integrated with your existing infrastructure, we will modify the interface to work with your new systems and you won't have to purchase a new interface.

Discounts on Time Bank changes.

When your company's business rules and interface requirements change over the life of
the Time Bank (e.g. employee capacity increases, adding new locations/sites, etc.), a current Time Bank support contract provides you with substantial discounts on the cost
of interface modifications.

Priority on service and support requests. Clients with current Time Bank support contracts receive expedited responses to their service and support requests.

Clients WITHOUT a Time Bank support contract receive:

  • Email Support: Standard response time is 1-2 business days.
